- Is my data ever used to train Meditopia's models?
- No. Your uploaded files are only stored and served back to you or your permitted collaborators. We never use patient data or proprietary model weights for training.
- What does 'HIPAA compliant' mean on the platform?
- Meditopia signs a Business Associate Agreement (BAA) with Pro and Enterprise customers, encrypts data at rest and in transit, and enforces access controls that satisfy the HIPAA Security Rule.
- Can I change plans later?
- Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade at any time. Storage overages on downgrade will be flagged but your data is never deleted without your action.
- Do you offer academic or non-profit discounts?
- Yes — academic institutions and registered non-profits receive 50 % off Pro. Contact us with your institutional email to apply.
- What payment methods are accepted?
- Credit / debit cards via Stripe. Enterprise customers can also pay by invoice.
